Multiple Vitamin (Alpha Base without Iron): 2-3 caps with breakfast and dinner (and any time urine begins to clear).
Omega 3′s (Promega from Nordic Naturals): 1 tsp with breakfast
Vitamin D: 20,000 units (10 drops)

Thyroid support:
T100: 2 caps immediately upon rising
Thyrosol: Start at 1 tab per day for 3 days, then increase by 1 tab every few days up to 6 per day **STOP if you get heart palpitations**

Hormone balance/Water retention (estroDIM): 2 caps, 2 times per day for 30 days; then decrease to 2 caps per day.

Adrenal support (isocort):
Day 1-3: 1 tab first thing in the morning
Day 4-6: 1 tab first thing in the morning; then 1 in four hours
Day 7-9: 1 tab first thing in the morning; then 1 in four hours and another 4 hours later
Day 10-12: 2 tabs first thing in the morning; then 1 in four hours and another 4 hours later
Day 13-15: 2 tabs first thing in the morning; then 1 in four hours and another 4 hours later and yet another in 4 hours
