S.O.S (Save Our Stomachs)

This recipe comes from my dad.  It’s a basic white sauce with corned beef and hard boiled eggs.

2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. gluten free flour
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 pkg. corned beef

Melt butter in a skillet over low heat. Blend in flour, slat, and dash of pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add in diced eggs and cubed corned beef. Serve warm over gluten free toast.
