Rice Crispy Treats

To fulfill my mission on adapting recipes to be GF, I made this recipe.

Rice Crispy Treats
6 cups Erewhon organic rice twice
4 cups mini marshmallows (I just used a whole bag)
3 Tbs. butter

Spray 9 X 13 pan with Pam. In a sauce pan, melt the butter on medium-low. Turn the heat up to medium. Add the bag of marshmallows and stir until melted. Add in the 6 cups of puffed rice. Stir until well coated. Pour into prepared pan. Spread out mixture over bottom of pan with waxed paper. Cut & serve.
